We can’t carry out physical face-to-face valuations or accompany viewings of properties we have for sale or to let, but we have made a point of showcasing many properties, where possible, on smartphone video capture.

What Fast Sale can do for you
We introduced Hogan’s Fast Sale a few years ago and have found it, like video tours, to be another successful innovation.
It’s all explained on How it Works here, but if you’re time short, here’s a brief summary.
- You message, email or call us (email or Facebook message works best) and we take property details from you – number of bedrooms, postcode etc
- We give you an approximate valuation quickly – ie that day, and often within half an hour – without visiting you to keep it fast.
- We will then arrange marketing of your property for fast sale or cash sale. As a long serving Leeds estate agency, we have a broad database of investors and buyers and we know how to sell your property quickly – we will buy it or sell it for you quickly.
- We don’t quite do Coronation Street or Eastenders speed of exchanging and completing. You know where someone makes an offer on the Queen Vic or Rover’s Return and are in by the next episode? But we do aim to complete in 4 to 6 weeks.
